Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contentcrepe@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Pre-Orders & Limited Edition Items

Pre-order items (e.g., dakimakuras, limited runs, made-to-order goods) may take upwards of 90 days to ship due to specialized production and international logistics.

  • Refunds are generally not processed before a pre-order ships. If you still wish to cancel before shipment, we may process a cancellation at our discretion and retain 20%–25% of the order value to cover non-recoverable costs (payment processor fees, transaction commissions, and currency conversion losses). Our processors do not return these fees when a refund is issued.
  • Once production has begun, custom, limited edition, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom / personalized / made-to-order items once production has begun
  • Digital goods (e.g., downloadable OSTs, artbooks, wallpapers) once delivered or accessed
  • Opened apparel or bedding (e.g., pillowcases/dakimakura covers) for hygiene reasons
  • Sale / discounted / final-sale items

Manufacturing Variations

Minor variations in color, print alignment, stitching, or fabric texture can occur during manufacturing and are not considered defects.


Shipping, Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, VAT, duties, or brokerage fees. These costs and any related delays are the customer’s responsibility.


Lost, Unclaimed, or Refused Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal to pay import fees, we can reship once additional postage is paid.
  • If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, refunds for unclaimed/returned packages are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus actual shipping costs (original and return, if any).

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (once approved) and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
