Order Processing Time

ContentCrepe, LLC is a U.S.-based company. All orders are fulfilled from our small private storage and fulfillment spaces located in the United States and Canada.

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after receiving your order and payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or limited inventory availability, processing times may be extended by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.


Pre-Orders & Limited Edition Items

Pre-order and limited edition items (such as dakimakuras or other made-to-order products) are manufactured in limited quantities and may take up to 90 days or longer to ship, depending on the production and logistics timeline.

Estimated shipping windows for pre-order items are listed on each product page. Dates are subject to change due to factory schedules or international shipping conditions, but we always strive to communicate any major updates promptly.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic (U.S. / Canada): 2–7 business days after dispatch
  • International: 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs clearance

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs inspections.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

ContentCrepe, LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or VAT) are the responsibility of the customer.

We are also not responsible for items delayed, held, or confiscated by customs due to local import restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product can be legally imported into their country.


Damages or Lost Packages

ContentCrepe, LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Incorrect Addresses, Unclaimed Packages & Returns

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to non-collection, incorrect address, or refusal to pay import duties, we can reship the order once additional postage is paid.
  • Refunds for unclaimed or refused packages are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of actual shipping costs (both outgoing and return, if applicable).
